Need Best Sources for Smoked Trout & Sourdough Bread [AUS]

Do any of you Austinites have a good local source for smoked trout? And really good sourdough bread? As soon as it gets warm, I really start craving TLTs.

I've been meaning to try River School Salmon, the small truck on some unmarked street off of South Lamar, if it still exists--the fish place, not the street. However, I never think to try and find it when I'm in that area. Is RSS worth seeking out? Do they smoke trout? I've purchased smoked trout at the Sunset Valley farmer's market, but it wasn't significantly better than that of the Ducktrap brand that I like. Is that farmer’s market stand run by RSS? By the way, Whole Foods has several kinds of smoked fish by Ducktrap, but not smoked trout.

What about good sourdough bread? Any options other than Sweetish Hill? I've already tried the grocery-store versions.
