Source for Cookbook Errata

Velda Mae | Dec 16, 201307:52 AM

Is there a go-to source for cookbook errata? For knitters, the source is Ravelry, where thousands of patterns are listed and mistakes are identified, corrected and shared quickly. Designers are part of the conversation and can make corrections to their pattern notes. I know about Chowhound's COTM and Amazon's reviews, but am wondering if there's another resource where cooks and bakers can go to make sure recipes aren't missing ingredients or if the instructions have forgotten to tell you when to add a certain ingredient.
