It was a very simple dough using a lot of sour cream. The dough was rolled out, sprinkled with sugar, folded and rolled again. This was repeated a couple of times, then the dough was rolled out again and cut into small square or diamond shapes, sprinkled with more sugar and baked. They were amazing - flaky and layered, had a slight sour cream tang, and were absolutely delicious. Does anyone have a recipe for something similar?
