Soup that isn't too salty?

BluPlateSpec | Jan 14, 2012 05:28 PM

I like soup but most places use way too much salt. They appear to believe that the sodium standard set by canned soup is what people want. Good cooking skill and good ingredients makes the addition of extra salt unnecessary but most places take the easy way out and load up the salt. So where can I get a good bowl of soup in Manhattan that won't give me more that 100% of a day's sodium?
