My grandmother made the most amazing soup a few years ago, but I don't know how to search for the recipe, as I'm really not sure what it's called.
Anyway, it's the only thing my sister requested for christmas, and I figured if anyone could help me out it would be the foodies at chowhound (flattery, I'm hoping, will get me everywhere).
From what I can remember it was a chicken based soup, perhaps with chunks of chicken in it. It's main allure were full sized rolled crepes filled with some kind of cheese (maybe just parmesan, I'm not sure). I'm not even sure if the rolled things were crepes, it was years ago, but they really resembled them.
Sorry I can't remember enough to be more specific, but it was DELICIOUS, if that helps at all. If this rings a bell for anyone, please let me know - a recipe or name would be extremely helpful!
Have a Happy Holiday, everyone!
