Soup with millet and carrot

This is a deliciously healthy and vegetarian soup, easily thrown together.

Servings: 4 Total time: 20 min Prep time: 5 min Cook time: 15 min

¼ cup millet, well washed and drained
Several cauliflower florets, chopped
Few cauliflower leaves, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
3 cups water
¼ tsp coarse sea salt
1 tbs olive oil
Fresh lovage or parsley leaves, for sprinkling
2-3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

1. Put millet, cauliflower flowers and leaves and sliced carrot in the covered microwave-proof dish. Cook in a microwave oven for 15 minutes on MAX.
2. Stir in olive oil, salt and sprinkle with chopped lovage or parsley leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
