hi. i watched Jacques Pepin's "fast food my way 2" dvd to be familiar with his lobster bisque receip and also read this dvd's companion book.
it says preparing two 2 pound live lobsters for boiling for STOCK BASE require 4 cups of water. it really makes me confuse because almost 1800 grams of lobster cannot be tightly covered with 4 cups of water in stainless still pot. Could it be that 4 cups of water for each 2 pounds lobster?
can anyone help me ?
