I am currently obsessed with Som Tum salad. I love the texture and the tart,bitter, salty, sweet "umami" if you will of it. does any one have a home version, and also substitutes for the hard to find (at least in my neck o' the woods) green papaya? Also, what are the popular ratios of lime juice: fish sauce? I try to make it at home and I often end up with too fish saucy and or not fish saucy enough versions. Thanks in advance..
