soliciting shopping recommendations for upcoming semester in Germany

I am wishing to stock up on good cookware.

I came back to Canada after a school year in Germany and was sad about the price of "nice" cookware in Canada. The Euro and the Canadian dollar are not as far in value as they used to be, yet a Le Creuset or Staub will cost three times more than in Europe or even the US. I am going back to school in Germany for a semester and want to stock up (maybe go to France, if the variety is better).

I will have a budget of 450 euros to buy cookware (I am ok with paying for a little extra luggage, since I usually travel very light). Could people recommend some good European (preferably German or French) brands? I've been researching online Woll titanium cookware, Fissler pots, and Friedrich Dick knives.

My wish-list is:
-An enameled cast iron dutch oven, around 5 Q
-a pressure cooker, around 5 Q (I don't want to use aluminum, but clad in steel is fine)
-a 2Q saucier (light or medium weight)
-a chef's knife
-a paring knife
-a stainless steel stovetop expresso maker
