Softshells at CK

Another option for a decent softshell is at Colorado Kitchen. She serves it up with a smoked tomato couli sauce and a helping of cheese grits. It's a special that runs around 11 bucks.

Maybe it was just our luck, but it wasn't nearly as crowded there for dinner as it normally is for brunch. Much more relaxed atmosphere for both diner and chef.
