If my fellow Chowhounds can keep it to themselves, I will let on that Full Kee, my favorite Chinese dive in Chinatown DC, is again serving their ethereal soft-shell crabs. My favorite preparation is fried, tempura style, but they are also stir-fried with ginger with scallion.
Full Kee is on H Street between 5th and 6th NW...no credit cards, no liquor, no style...just great food.
If they run out on my next visit, I will really regret this post.
