Soft Shell Crabs, Anyone?

So, I bought four soft shells at a Long Island fish market yesterday and made sandwiches...(cornmeal crusted, pan fried with roasted red pepper, prosciutto, chipotle mayo on french bread)...absolute heaven...juicy, fresh (alive when bought).

I know the supply will probably be sporadic until the season really kicks in, but I need to know, where is the best place in Astoria to buy soft shells? What are some suggestions as far as restaurant in Queens to try their take on soft shells?
