I am so happy! It's soft shell crab season again!
Cooked these for the first time last year in a simple sautee, with a dusting of flour. Am going to try barbecuing tonight.
Any favourite recipes for this once a year treat (or at least once a year as far as I know)!?
Wine pairings would also be nice. Last year I served them with a nice Pinot Grigio (Margherita).
