If any of you have been to jazzfest or Brightsen's in New Orleans, no further explanation will be required.
If you have not, thanks for glancing at this board,
but I truly need to hear from those of you who know what I am referring to.
So, i could not attend the fest this year,
and am jonesing for Soft Shell Crab almondine...or in a munier sauce.
If anybody has any suggestions besides "cook it myself"...
i would be greatly appreciative.
