I have tried twice, unsuccessfully, to make dough for soft pretzels. I wanted to give out pretzels, in the shape of the number 2, for my daughter's 2nd b-day. The dough keeps coming out too sticky to do anything with. I'm not much of baker and I'm totally stressing out about this!! Does anyone have any tips on what to do if the dough is too sticky? I keep trying to sprinkle more flour but it isn't working. Should I just buy frozen bread dough and do something that way?
