SoBe *again*, but specifically ...

We've been in South Beach for three days and are on our way out to Wish in a few minutes. Tomorrow's our last night, and we haven't planned it yet. A couple of specific questions:

1. For good, local seafood, where?

2. For innovative ideas that *work*, where?

Good values, please! No $250 dinners for two. (Half that, or a little more, is fine. I'm assuming that Chef Allen is too expensive, and I understand the lines are awful at Joe's.)
