Went to Sobaya on Monday night and had a great experience. However, the quality of Sobaya's food has been hashed out time and time again so I figured I would add my two cents from a different perspective.
The service was phenomonal! From the moment we stepped through the door we felt that we were genuinly appreciated as patrons and that the staff wanted to do nothing more then ensure we had a great experience. I found our waitress to also be particularly knowledgeable and on the money with her recommendations. She hit the mark on two appetizers, and she really helped narrow down the different soba choices and break down the different tastes. All in all a great experience and will be back soon.
P.S. The cold soba with hot duck soup is awesome!
