Soba --- thick noodles

The last few times that I've visited Tokyo I find myself going back to a soba place near Tokyo Station (the review in the link below says the name is Raku) that serves very thick-cut noodles, and unlike many soba places serves it in a large bowl (like Ramen) with lots of toppings: I always choose the pork, an egg and boiled vegetables. It also comes with shredded nori and sesame seeds. If you order it cold, then the dipping sauce comes in the bowl itself. If you order "hot" you get the same bowl as the cold but the sauce comes on the side -- hot-- for dipping. This blog post has a review:

I am generally not a fan of thin, delicate soba noodles so this place has been a big hit for me.

I should also add that the tea they serve -- soba-cha --- is wonderful as well. It's so refreshing and I think it is caffeine free (which may not be a plus for everyone, but it was for me).
