Oh, the weather outside is frightful... which always puts me in mind of an old family recipe ("Hello, Lucky Dragon? We'd like a large wonton soup, an order of mu shu vegetable...") It's cold, and I don't want to go outside. So... what's the best delivery around your parts?
Penang now delivers: last night, we had them bring us prawn mee (or as I like to call it, shrimp noodle soup), green masi lemak (aka coconut fried rice with shrimp and eggs), and masak chicken. The mee was... very shrimpy; it tasted very strongly of shrimp paste, a flavor about which I have decidedly mixed feelings. But the other dishes were good, and I won't argue with anybody who brings me Malaysian food at 9 PM and 20 degrees.
Obviously, delivery is somewhat neighborhood-dependent; s'okay, the rest of us can just be jealous. Or if it's good enough, move to your block!
