snow pea shoots or leaves in Union Square or EV area?

Does anybody know of places in Union Square, the East Village or West Village that make snow pea leaves? These are also known as snow pea leaves and I've only ever found them at chinese restaurants. They are absolutely delicious sauteed with fresh garlic.

Some restaurants (like Phoenix Garden in midtown or Big Wong's in Chinatown) don't have them on the menu, but usually carry it as a special. So, I am wondering if any chowhounders have found them at restaurants that don't list them on their menus.

Grand Sichuan on St. Marks has snow pea leaves, but they will sometimes be out of the vegetable. So, I am wondering about alternate sources for snow pea leaves.

TIA!
