Smoked turkey necks?

I recently snagged a large box of turkey necks for a great deal from a local farmer with plans of making lots of bone broth, but when I arrived home I realized they were smoked! I don't think smoked necks will give me the broth results I'm looking for (but who knows? It's worth a shot). Any ideas on how to use them? My family enjoys many of the "odd bits" of animals, but this is new territory for me. Thanks in advance!
