I bought a few sausages that were hanging up on a wooden rack from the European Meats butcher on Jutland in Etobicoke, they're the typical hard on the outside but really soft on the inside.
Maybe it's totally normal and I'm just used to sausages that are more solid all the way through. They say "Chabi Sausage" on them, I'm sure lots of people here will be familiar with them, it's a huge butcher and I know they have other locations.
I've eaten one with no ill effects, they taste good, just thought I should ask and make sure it's normal I guess? Any other uses for these other than just eating them? I guess they could be chopped up and pan fried too?
