Something Smells Fishy

I just returned from 2 weeks in Italy and while there purchased a nice tin of ventresca tuna packed in olive oil. Thankfully, it was wrapped in paper and a plastic bag. Not so thankfully, somewhere in transit on my trip home, the tin was punctured and some of the contents leaked into my suitcase. Most of the tuna oil was absorbed by a turtleneck sweater.

The oil and the odor didn't seem terribly bad at first, so I did a small load of laundry washing several other items with the tuna enhanced turtleneck. Bad idea. Now I have 4 pieces of clothing that reek of very fishy, very strong tuna. They came out of the washer smelling far stronger than they did going in.

I've rewashed 2 pieces separately with only minimal success. These are not 4 pieces of clothing I'm willing to discard or donate.

Anyone have any suggestions for cleaning products or methods for getting a strong odor out of clothing? Thanks.
