When I moved in to my house the appliances came with it. I have a double oven with a smaller upper oven, and wondering if I can cook the same type of things so long as it will fit of course in the upper oven. I like the idea of being more efficient but I am also concerned about the food being closer to the heating unit. Speaking of which, I'm wondering where best to place my oven racks in my lower oven. There are two metal racks and many setting options.
