The blade on my old Cuisinart Mini-Prep DLC-2A gave up the ghost today, after many years with an ever-growing crack. A new blade will set me back, $20, a new unit is $32.
Are there any other small FPs I should consider? Major tasks are chopping the dry ingredients for salsa (garlic, onion, peppers, cilantro), bread crumbs and so on. From time to time I'll toss in some wet ingredients. I'm open to anything, so long as it isn't too costly.
