I saw some fava beans (still in their pods) at the market the other day, so I picked up a couple of handfuls. I've never cooked with them before, so, I thought I'd give it a whirl. It seems all the recipes in my cookbooks call for a pound or more of fava beans. I just have a couple of handfuls. Is there something simple and delicious I can do with these exotic looking things?
