I have these cutie 4-inch cheesecake pans and want to use them for a bake sale on our ranch. I would like to make different flavors from the basic recipe, but have no idea how to do that....I know I could add powdered cocoa to part of the batter, but what after that? Could I just add chopped candied ginger to part?...or lemon or lime zest & juice to another part? Does anyone have any ideas for accomplishing my goal?
I saw further down a posting about making 6-inch cakes, but I don't think that will work for cheesecakes. Thanks for any help, 'hounds.
