Price seems pretty good on this, but not sure why they are calling it a saute pan? It's more like a small rondeau right? I was looking for something this size in a saute, but was thinking of a regular handle. However the price and quality of the item are tempting me. I could go for a Atlantis 4.2 qt saute but they are much more pricey. I guess the thing just wouldn't shuffle food around like a single handle saute. I just pictured myself trying to do the two handled shuffle compared to the one handled one. Not quite the same, but maybe still a useful pan? Your thoughts please Chowhounders.
