Okay, I made the slow roasted pork shoulder--

I had an 8 pound boneless butt. I used a combo of the LA times recipe and the River cafe--rubbed it with alot of fennel and garlic and then roasted it covered with foil at 250 for about 5 hours. Then uncovered for another 5, and then finally under the broiler to crisp the skin. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Any ideas for the leftovers?
