Slow cooker or instant pot for parents of twins

Nyleve | Oct 11, 201801:34 PM     47

Was talking to my daughter-in-law the other day. By the time they get the one-year-old twins down for the night they are too tired to cook real food and have sunk to terrible depths. They are both good cooks but, really, there's no time and no energy. I suggested a crock pot might help. But then I was thinking, what about an instant pot? I don't have one so have no experience with the thing. If you were buying one thing for exhausted parents, which would it be? There would be some point during the day that the thing could be loaded and turned on so the food would be ready when they are able to eat. I don't personally love my crock pot but I can see how it could be useful at this point in their lives.
