SLO County discovery -- don't let it die!

The good news is, I just discovered this wonderful little wine bar tucked in Baywood Park with great decor, good music and reasonable prices ($6/glass) for wine.

The bad news is, for several hours on a Friday night they were absolutely empty with the exception of my husband and me. They've been open since May and people still don't know they're there -- not a surprise, being that they're in Baywood, but likley a threat to their continued existence.

So! My petition is to SAVE BLOOM WINE BAR. The owner (I think there are two) that I met was really nice and the wine was good, including an Ortman Syrah Rose and a Steven Ross Pinot.

For $7, we got a cheese plate with 6 types of cheese (not artisan, but not bad) and a crusty baguette that was made down the street at 3rd Street Bakery.

Try it out, SLO hounds, if you're in Los Osos. They're open 6-11 (I'm pretty sure) Thursdays through Sundays and you could even go to Mare Blu after.
