For Valentine's Day, my boyfriend bought 2 different hunks of prosciutto. Its awesome (La Quercia - its amazing). But we wanted advice on how to slice it. So far, we haven't been able to get super thin slices (and I think we cut it against the grain). Any advice on how to do this? What kind of "tool"? (veggie slicer, sharp knife, etc.?) Help! I want to get the most out of this great gift!
