This evening I am going to a belated Chinese New Year party. I purchased these sliced korean rice cakes after having them in a chinese dumpling house in Chicago.
I really don't mind experimenting on my family, because they will eat because I made it. I reluctantly experiment on strangers, but do it if it is a recipe which I may just make once or twice in my lifetime.
Tonight I want to use these Korean rice cakes for a community program. Any recommendations how to use or better yet a recipe? (I have pork, green onions, oyster sauce, bamboo shoots, ect)
