A business associate made a reservation last week at Slanted Door for this past Tuesday night for a party of 15 at 7:30 in their private room. They called back on Monday and told her they would have to change the reservation to 8:45 pm. Of course we ended up going somewhere else and having a fine meal and they spent a great deal of money. Obviously, Slanted Door does not care about the money or customer service because it is so popular anyway. I have had this happen to me before anywhere and I was wondering if anyone else had.
