Skillet: Mauviel M250 vs Demeyere vs AllClad

Hello Chowhound experts and experienced cooks,

I'm a home cook so I do not work in a professional environment but I would like to have the best equipment because cooking is my favorite hobby.

I have 2qt SS sauce pan and 1 non-stick frying pan. These two are all I use for my cooking. I plan to replace my non-stick with a stainless pan(approx 10") because I heard it's stainless is healthier option and it cooks better.

Money does not matter. I am only going to buy 1 frying pan. I don't plan to use induction stove.

Options that I've looked into are:
Mauviel M250(B for the looks) 10.2" vs Demeyere Atlantis Proline 9.5" vs All Clad 10" D3 or D5

Could you please lecture me on which one would be the best frying pan for me to buy?
Which would you buy and why?
If you had a chance to work with more than one of them, please share which liked more.
