Seen Skate in Boston area Asian Restaurants?

Originally inspired by a conversation with Sushi Island's chef/owner, a few months back I delved into the question of skate being eaten in Japan (it turns out, no, not much but more on the Sea of Japan side). SI's chef/owner wondered if it might be because skate are bottom feeders.........
It's one of my fav fish because of it's delicate silky texture and sweet flavor. I am also realizing that I haven't seen skate in Asian restaurants here(though it is sold fresh at HMart). Have you seen it in restnts here?

If it's not eaten much in China, and hence, by the Chinese here, I wonder why not. Because of the huge variety of seafood offered by Boston Chinese restnts, it has always seemed to me that 'if it moves, the Chinese eat it' but perhaps that is not true. There are many skate varieties but it appears they live all over the world.
