Sitram pot has arrived -- Merry Christmas to me :)

Thank you so much to Josh L., Pupster, Jo, Howchound, and everyone on this board who pointed me to Sitram braising pot. It arrived the day before Christmas and I mad a pot of lovely Bouillabaisse in it.

The pot is fantastic. Thick bottomed, perfect for searing, and the handles stayed cool even after an hour on the stove. I can see how the sides are thinner and might have a tendency to burn, but I am hoping it won't be an issue at low temperatures in the oven. Haven't tried braising yet, but with the weather getting colder and colder, it shouldn't be long before I am in a braising mood. Will make sure to report...
