Continuing our rounds of the Saturday morning Portland Farmers Market, https://www.chowhound.com/post/boyco-..., I was happy to see that the movement to return to traditional corn masa made with freshly nixtamalized corn is alive and well in Portland. The striped samples with each color of corn masa were fun to see and taste. They have the deep flavor of real corn and were surprisingly supple. Excellent product.
Besides tortillas, Three Sisters also sells fresh masa and pozole.
