Best single store for salumi, olives/antipasti veg, burrata and imported pasta?

I know this sounds like kind of a dumb question given the plethora of Italian markets in Manhattan, but I don't have time to go to several places and I want to make sure I can get all of the things I seek! I would just go to Eataly, but as I recall from my recent trip there they don't have an olive/antipasti bar, just jars of olives, roasted peppers, etc. I'd prefer a store with a bulk olive setup (like Fairway or Zabar's), but I want to be able to get burrata, guanciale and Italian pastas in the same stop, and to my knowledge those things are not always available at Fairway/Zabar's. So, where do I go? I haven't been to Buon Italia or Di Palo in forever, so I'm not sure how their selection stands up to Eataly. Other options? Please advise! Thank you!
