Singapore Update

Acting upon a local fresser recommendation I went to Jalan Sultan (2 Jalan Ayer @Kallang Metro) for a breakast of Hokkien prawn mee (yellow noodles). Very rich, almost boulebaise(spell check needed here) in it's intesity yet not as thick. Next time I'll get the King prawns, as there's more meat, easier to eat as well.

Lunch was chicken Biryani @ Alladdins in the Tekka Hawker center, worth the 20 minute wait. Metro Little India. Not oily, and the chicken was moist as well. I wnated to try a dum biryani next time, as I've been told it's different, pressure cooker?

Last night I also had some deep fried dumplings made of coconut and 1 of yam. The coconut was great, the yam a little drier and not as rich as the orange American yam. This was @ Ri Xing Ri Xing, Maxwell Center #76.
