From today's S'pore media:
"Robuchon, who has 25 Michelin stars, will make his debut in Singapore in May with three restaurants - Joel Robuchon Fine Dining, a high-end French restaurant, the more casual L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, known for its swanky red and black decor and bar counter dining, and The Pastry Shop and Lounge."
Other chefs also opening their restaurants at Sentosa included Kunio Tokuoka (from 3-Michelin star Kyoto Kitcho Arashimaya) who's opening Kunio, a kaiseki restaurant, NY-based Toronto chef Susur Lee and Sydney chef-restaurateur, Scott Webster.
Sentosa's fine dining options will go head-to-head against the other upcoming Marina Bay Sands' eateries by Wolgang Puck, Daniel Boulud, Santi Santamaria and Mario Batali. Looks like foodies in S'pore will have more to savour & write about this year!
