i sing to the heavens of wild nettle pizza

My oh my ... Chez Panisse cafe on a Saturday afternoon, it was a beautiful day and what better way to spend it than with a crispy, blistered-crust pizza covered in a grassy field of nettles.

Perfumed with olive oil and sprinkled with pecornino, crunchy from the oven, that layer of nettles was the most delicious thing I've had in a long time. Boy did it hit the spot.

So much so that I left without dessert (!)
