"Sing Chow Mai Fun" in Santa Rosa

Do any Chowhounds have an opinion RE: "China Bowl" at 1940 Piner Rd. # 600, Santa Rosa, next to TCBY Yogurt?

The menu features both Chinese & Japanese cuisine. Organic, seasonal ingredients, no MSG, no food coloring. The take-out menu boasts "We will even cook the ingredients you bring in the restaurant for you!" (I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds intriguing).

When I visited, I had a simple, satisfying bowl of shoyu ramen(just good noodles & broth for $5.50) and some pretty darn good fatty tuna nigiri sushi.

I didn't try any Chinese dishes, but a friend told me that he had Singapore noodles at "China Bowl." I didn't see it on the menu, so I asked the waiter if they had sing chow mai fun, and he told me that it was the chef's specialty (though not listed on the menu).

Any Chowhound experience with this place?
