"Simplest" Commercially Available Bread Roll or Muffin?

I like the taste of Bialy's, which are commonly described as bagels without the hole--but, they're actually different than bagels in that they use a very simple recipe of flour, water, salt, and yeast (that's it). Only problem is they are covered in onions, which I find hard to digest.
Is there a similar baked product out there that is "pure" bread without any oils, other types of flours, malts, etc?
