Simple Sushi!

chicagofatty | Jul 5, 2007 03:28 PM

Does anyone know of a sushi restaurant in chicago (any area) that serves simple, traditional sushi without the house music and nobu-wannabe appetizers, etc? Don't get me wrong, I love creative mango ceviche-style dishes too, but I'm dying for a place that is basic and great quality. I used to live in Dallas, and I seemed to know a ton of places that were not horribly expensive, and everyone eating there was Japanese. Any ideas?
