I want to serve a very simple carrot dish as one of the side dishes at my Passover sedar. I would even prefer to use the microwave (please, not chastizing...I know!) I would prefer to make it ahead of time but could also do something that I run into the kitchen, do something, and return to the table. Ya know, something with justr butter and maybe something to make it a bit sweet. Not a "dish" but a veggie for the meal. This is silly because I realize I have never made cooked carrots. (Sorry Mom) Could someone help me out? TIA.
