Yesterday my mom (leaving for China today) was cleaing the perishables out of her fridge and tossed a partial wedge of St. Andre cheese my way. I put it in my purse and forgot about it until this morning.
There it was -- perfectly creamy, just the right temperature. I slathered it on my "everything" bagel -- the robustness of the bagel complemented the cheese perfectly. So simple, soooo good.
