So Simple: Finally - Breading with Clean Hands

I don't know why I never thought of this before. Probably everyone already knows to do this, but just in case...

No More Mickey Mouse Hands:
When doing the old flour, egg, crumb breading chore,
use two of the type of plastic bags they pack your stuff into in the supermarket, and one good sized plastic container.
One bag gets the flour, the other the crumbs, and of course the egg mixture goes into the container.
First put all your food pieces into the flour bag at once, tie and shake, then fork them out into the egg container - seal and shake, then fork them into the crumbs, shake and just place them one by one into your hot oil to fry.
It's a bold approach, but I was so tired of the labor intense and messy nature of triple dipping.
You'll be amazed how well this works.
