I ended up with a large package (about 8 individual, 1/2 inch thick small steaks) of silver tip steaks.
What in the world are these? As far as I can tell from searching online, they are bottom round cut into steaks? Is that right?
Any one have any idea what I can do with these to make them palatable? I ended up freezing in batches of two.
I was thinking marinated and sliced for tacos or fajitas, but will they be too tough for that?
