I may have the opportunity to take an out of town friend this evening. I've only been there once. (Loved it, of course.) But, my tasting experience, based on the one visit is, of course, limited.

Loved the spare ribs.
Loved the salted/ spiced treatment on squid.
Loved hollow greens in garlic sauce.

What else is spectacular? Everyone in this party is fairly adventurous.

Finally, is there anything on the regular "gringo" chinese/american-looking menu that is secretly special or out of the ordinary? Or should we stick entirely to the 2nd menu?
